Why I’ve Never Promoted Stomper Products
Sep 4th 2008 · by Harris
(This is going out in email tomorrow - but I figured I’d put it up on the blog first)
I spent hours creating a video about this - but the video’s crap - so I’ll just come out and say it right here. And, it’s probably not what you think.
So I wanted to tell you why I’ve never promoted stompernet products…
(And its not at all because of their current launch delays - not at all.)
———-
REASON #1
———-
First and foremost, I’m not all that into Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I’m realistic in the fact that even thought it doesn’t cost any money on a per-click basis, there *is a cost*.
That cost is time.
Admittedly, StomperNet teaches you how to cut that time down into a fraction of what it would normally be with top-page results.
———-
REASON #2
———-
Honestly, I’ve felt personally threatened by them (in a business sense). When they first came out,
I felt like “these guys are trying to take over the industry!!”
And I’d be right to think that, too…
The truth of the matter is they’ve built an incredible business around helping their clients (stompers)
totally demolish the competition.
With that, comes their own domination of this market.
Plus, like the “Borg”, they’re bringing all of the tip-top-notch experts on board in every field.
(Not just SEO anymore, either.)
It’s an amazing organization they’ve built - with entrepreneurs on board and employees alike.
When I first saw this coming, I was a bit uneasy - but now, some of my very good friends are on board - and only *great* things have ever been said. (Even behind closed doors.)
———-
REASON #3
———-
Thier stuff has always been on the more expensive side of the fence. Now, I have no problem whatsoever promoting great info that’s in the higher price brackets….
But everytime I’ve had the decision below to make, price was a weighing stone:
“Should I promote Stomper’s product or this other product”
————–
SO, NOW WHAT?
————–
Well, now … today, I *am* promoting thier latest product because, and I’m serious here,…
I WOULD BE DOING *YOU* A DISSERVICE IF I DIDN’T
They sent me a preview copy of “Stomping the Search Engines 2″ and the accompanying top-quality magazine.
( I had this in the video I was preparing - but you can learn about it here: http://harrisfellman.com/stomper2 )
———————–
OVERCOMING MY REASONS
———————–
This time around, they’ve not only overcome all of my reasons for not promoting them in the past, but like I said, I would actually feel *wrong* if I didn’t tell you about it.
I think doing a bonus for this much value is ridiculous. So, I’m not going to do that.
The bottom line is this:
1) There’s no charge other than the shipping & handling to get the magazine & DVD.
2) You get Stomping the Search Engines 2 on video - which is new & completely updated info.
3) The magazine is bursting with great information about SEO, new media, email marketing, and just about every part of internet marketing around.

A WARNING (SORTA)
——————-
They say this on the page, but I want to make sure *I* have told you as well…
When you put your order in, you’ll also be signed up to get the monthly magazine for $39.99 and whatever else comes with your membership.
And here’s what I think…
If there’s *one* monthly magazine or newsletter that you should belong to, it’s Stompers.
-> http://harrisfellman.com/stomper2
Why?
Because it’s not just one or two guys atop their perch teaching you about SEO or IM.
It’s nearly *two dozen* of the most intelligent & successful experts on every topic imaginable.
The monthly club is really a no-brainer - get your hands on the course material though to see for yourself.

And most of all,
Keep Having Fun,

The Weekly Buzz
PS Stomper had a little opening-door jitters because they *really* were caught off guard by how much interest there would be in this offer.
Think about it for a minute.
They’re used to selling high-ticket.
That gets a lot less hits than “FREE”.

Assure me, and others, that the ONLY continuance - if you don’t opt for anything extra - is the monthly magazine subscription. I’ve purchased, but I just don’t want any surprises!

Karen - I’m not “StomperNET”. So, I can’t really ‘assure you’ any more than what I’ve done in this post.
Maybe this will help though…
There will be a one time offer, upsells, and downsells. This has become common place now. This is an opportunity for Stomper to make their best offers with best value proposition to their best potential prospects.
So, there *will be additional offers* and, of course, you’ll have to say “YES” to get any additional charges.
I’m sure there will be some people that don’t realize they say “yes” to things. But, StomperNET is a trusted company. And no company wants customer’s to charge back on their credit cards. So, if there’s ever any confusion - just ask for a refund.
Hope this helps.

Harris,
Aren’t you limiting yourself only promoting low ticket items?
September 7th, 2008 at 11:43 am
Joe,
I sell plenty of high ticket items as well. I was just saying that ‘at the time of decision’, that always came into play for me. Some of my most successful promotions have been high ticket.
Also, this Stomper promotion has a number of upsells. So, it’s a round-about way to offer a range of price points. (Nothing *super* high ticket though.)

I am not sure anymore if StomperNet is really a trusted company. I was impressed by all they were doing until I purchased TS2 though their affiliate link. They promoted a huge bonus, but never delivered. I received my version of TS2 (which is great btw), but never got the huge bonus from StomperNet. Their support keeps ignoring my emails and they closed down the page were people were complaining about this. This is very bad business manner.
It seems to me that StomperNet is too focused on their launches and doesn’t invest in their customer service at all. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy anything from StomperNet until they have fixed their support issues. I am still hopeful for my bonus…maybe I will get it on Christmas…

Well, after sending out another email to StomperNet describing how disappointed I was with their support I got my bonus package in the mail today! They even overnighted it. Nice! I am happy that StomperNet finally delivered. I am very excited to check out their product and see if it lives up to it’s fame. Thanks StomperNet. You are definitely on the way to earning my trust back!
